I've been attending idol press events for ~2 years now and have studied real examples of reporters asking celebrities questions to learn how *I* should do it. So without further ado:

How K-Entertainment Reporters Ask Questions to Celebrities @ Press Events: A Very Niche Thread
1) First, you introduce yourself, your position, and your media outlet. [Media outlet name] [your name] 기자입니다. (기자 = reporter/journalist in Korean).
2) Congratulate them on whatever the press event is for. For example, "일단, 컴백 진심으로 축하드립니다." = "First, I want to sincerely congratulate you on your comeback."
3) Lead into your question with a statement that provides background. This is usually a sentence that ends with ~잖아요, a grammar device that implies that the listener knows this fact too and the statement is just a reminder.
An example would be something like "CIX은 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 응원과 사랑을 받고 있는 그룹이잖아요." -> "CIX is a group that receives love and support from not just Korea but abroad as well."
4) Next, use that statement to launch into your question. For example, "코로나 상황이 안정될 때까지 해외에서 CIX를 기다리고 있을 많은 팬들에게 한 말씀해 주시겠어요?" -> "Can you say a word to int'l fans waiting for you until the COVID situation clears up?"
5) Similar to English, you can also skip asking the question in question form, and just frame it in a sentence that says you're curious about something. "CIX가 틱톡 챌린지를 공개하실 계획이 있는지 궁금합니다." -> "I'm curious if CIX plans to release a TikTok challenge."
6) If you have another question (they'll usually allow for 2~3), just separate the questions with 그리고 ("and") or 또 ("also").
That's pretty much it! You might never need to know this, but in the event you have to frame a question in Korean for a celebrity, it's really helpful to know what the normal press etiquitte looks like.
