Personally, I had to carry out my due diligence before sharing this with you guys, i had verified the authenticity of this Canada new visa route before I decided to share it here, so stay with me.

Right now in Nigeria, majority of Nigerians today want to jaapa (travel out). A lots of people want to leave Nigeria for greener pasture.

2) You can become a Canadian citizen; becoming a permanent resident is the first step to becoming a Canadian citizen. Once you’ve resided in Canada for three out of five years, you will be eligible to be citizen.

3) You can sponsor your spouse and children; once you are a permanent resident, you can apply to sponsor your spouse, common law partner and dependent children to join you in Canada.

4) It can’t be taken away from you; Once you become a resident, the status can’t be taken away from you, unless you commit a serious crime or you fail to meet your residency obligations. All permanent residents must stay in Canada for two out of five years.

You need to know that relocating to Canada is quite expensive. You have to consider preparing for IELTS exam(International English Language Tests), how you can pass and also hasten it, permanent application fees and necessary documents amongst others.

As at the time of writing this thread, the price of IELTS exam has been increased to N79,000 which is about $207.62. This price exclude that of your spouse( if you’re married)

In April 2020, the application fee for permanent residence(PR) was increase from $490-$500 for adults

And $150-$225 for dependents (children)
