For those of us over 40, we all have stories we like to share about the time when we were at the peak of our game. When we ran like the wind, benched over 300, made the big tackle. Fitness, working out, eating right, was just part of what we did and we LOVED IT!

For some, they are able to maintain that path well into their 40’s, 50’s and beyond! For many more, they stumble as life changes. Suddenly the workouts stop: the kids activities conflict. The slo-pitch ends: too tired. Bad eating habits creep in: Uber eats is just easier.
Slowly but surely, the weight piles on, the energy fades, sleep quality becomes poor, digestive issues peak and relationships suffer.

You beat yourself up regularly, wondering how you could let this happen!
You promise to do better, to start the diet on Monday, to exercise regularly, but you fail time and time again.

You are caught in a vicious cycle and it is literally sucking the life out of you.
I’m here to tell you it’s OK! Many have been where you are. Many have struggled. Many have OVERCOME!

Some like to simplify and just say; eat less, move more. A few have the ability to flip the switch and put themselves in the 'zone' to recover, many do not!
For most, it is more challenging. Many require education to raise their “health IQ”, guidance, decluttering their mind, establishing goals, creating actionable steps, structure, accountability, a well thought out plan and most importantly, SUPPORT!
I can relate! I’ve fallen prey to the traps of middle age. I was fortunate enough to leverage the experts around me & crawl out of that pit & never looked back.

I needed and sought help to get me to my goals as quick and as efficiently as possible, through expert supervision.
If this is you, if you’re over 40 and sick and tired of going through that cycle of despair, of starting over time & time again, of beating yourself up emotionally because you let things slide, it may be time for some expert help and to invest in your future once and for all.
DM me “NO MORE” and let’s have a chat about how we can recapture your youth and get that spark back in your life.

You owe it to your family, but most importantly, you owe it to YOU!
