In last week I have struggled to find beds for sick Covid patients with saturation b/w 80-85% & I have called multiple hospitals which have said no beds are available.

Yet, I know of people whose saturation is above 90 & they have got admission in the same hospitals, How??
Ans I really want to understand that why do hospitals who have in house pharmacies instead of sourcing Remdesivir & Toci from their asking patients to buy them from outside??
If these hospitals donot have stock, who the HELL has stock?!?!
I can’t understand- pharmacist doesn’t have it, wholesale dealer distributor doesn’t have it, the pharma company don’t have it, hospitals don’t have it & Govt says there is no shortage- Then where are these medicines?? Who has them?? How can some people get it & others can’t??
People are dying for the lack of beds, oxygen & medicines.

And, yet people are busy profiteering....

What exactly are they profiteering on ??! Orphaned children? Broken families, dead bodies??

Humanity makes me sick.
How the fuck is the patient suppose to find Remdesivir, oxygen or Toci if hospitals with direct access to distributors can’t??

Ped pe laga milega?!?
Some hospitals say supply is running low right from the backend, so that would mean low stocks with distributors but then how is Remdesivir available in black or with some people as some tweets show?!?!
This problem could easily be solved by taking a stock of manufactured drug at source, drug sent for distribution in a state & following up if not all but some major end distribution centres m. We will know where the bottleneck is & what it is.
