I live with high-risk family and my house help is refusing to get vaccinated. I understand there's a lot of misinformation and fear mongering about the vaccine, so I've spent days talking to her about it, with no luck. Anyone else facing this? How did you handle this ethically?

My family has received the first shot. My parents took our cook with them to the hospital when they got their shot, but our house help refused to go with them. So saying we've ourselves gotten the vaccine and we're fine doesn't seem to always work. This is much more deep rooted.
