I say ‘people’ deliberately because it’s the people that serve/work somewhere that make up an institution. Many of the people in the church are Christians. That’s what makes this hurt even more /3

I serve the church at a personal cost to myself & love ones. I’m not standing on the sidelines complaining. I’m in mix fighting for change We all have a responsibility to do better. Take note of our own biases and make sure that we act appropriately /4

My hope is that the change gets far enough so that my daughter doesn’t experience the same as her brothers and sisters before her. It won’t happen by magic though, people need to act. If you haven’t already, start by watching the panorama episode! #knowledgeispower #ActNow /5

People like @CottrellStephen definitely give me hope! A great example when he was the +Chelmsford . Whilst he is now one of our Archbishop’s he CANNOT change the @churchofengland on his own! We must work TOGETHER to see the change we want to see.” /6
