Incredibly well-made propaganda. Britain's state broadcaster is really good at what it does.

Lenin at the start, use of Russian national anthem, a f**king bear (!!) to play to stereotypes.

Slow verbal delivery. Clips of people speaking at start tied to editorial line. https://twitter.com/BBCSteveR/status/1384386348983799810
Central theme is fact they're being tailed. But they knew they would be, and it could have been added to the prepared script in advance.

Few foreigners visit Krasnoyarsk & a foreign TV crew, wandering around the city, from a hostile state, will obviously attract attention.
What's more, premise is they've come to the Russian heartland to find out what *real* Russians think. But you can go to any city in this country & you'll find people who passionately disagree with what Putin does, and people who strongly agree. But BBC didn't look for them.
Most cringeworthy line, after dealing with lack of recent political change in Russia:

"(However), some things in Russia change, like the seasons."

What the f**k does this even mean? It's Alan Partridge stuff.

Then they cut to the bear. Who is being fed pancakes! Yes, really.
Also, the bit about Russia being headed for "a catastrophe," & the implication that there is something inherently negative about "stability" (followed by images of the f**king Bolshevik revolution).

And snow & a cross. There has to be snow & a cross.

De integro. Dei Gratia!
