•Im going to be fasting at least 20 hours per day and am going to do omad with it aswell! Ive been wanting to do something like this for a while and i finally decided why not now<3 I start today<3
•im also kinda doing this because i was trying to do what one of my recent retweets was doing, (gain weight a month to low restriction) but i accidentally triggered myself purging yesterday and today</3 so im just going to work harder rather than go back to my honeymoon phase<3
•on the bright side though this could be a start of something good! if i keep on track and keep losing and trying, maybe i could help motivate all of you as well<3 so i will try my best!!
Day 1: finished my fast and im going to eat a granola bar(95 cals) and a smoothie(314 cals) feeling great ngl<33
Day 2: Going to make an egg(80cals) and put it into my salad(20cals) and some crispy jalapenos(20cals) with shredded cheese(55cals) with shredded ham(60cals)
also 2 cups of coffee with creamer (40 cals)
Day 2(cont) going to eat a granola bar(190 cals) and save the rest for later<3
Day 3: 5 pistachios(17cals) half my smoothie(157cals) and a granola bar(190cals) and a cup and a half of coffee(20.5cals) and later half a medium potato(roughly 75cals) and crunchy jalapenos(20cals) sour cream(23cals) and shredded cheese(20cals) <33
Day 4: I ended my fast a little earlier so that i can make my next fast even longer<3 i had homemade corn chips (120 cals) with avacado(23cals) queso(30cals) and half my smoothie(157 cals) and if im hungry later my granola bar<3(190cals)
Day 5: ended my fast and made a smoothie(180 cals) and had a homemade burrito with an egg(80cals) chopped bell peppers(20cals) shredded cheese(55cals) and homemade salsa(25cals) and a granola bar for later(190 cals)<33
Day 6: i ended my fast and had chicken(280 cals) and some chips(150 cals) and im saving the rest for dinner which is steak(50-100 cals) because i dont like steak alot<3
Day 7: so sorry i completely forgot to upload this!! i had a cinnamon toast crunch(120 cals) with vanilla soy milk(40 cals) a chocolate chip granola bar(100 cals) and for dinner i had chicken parmigiana(340 cals)<3
