1/ Milk Mantra went from 10 farmers to 70000, 10 member team to over 500+, from a handful of households to over 300000. Lessons I learnt along the way by building a team that helped achieve this.

2/ Hire for attitude, not culture fit: A startup’s culture will change over time but attitudes are often set in stone. Hire for the right attitude and train for skill.
3/ Set clear expectations: From the time you hire, communicate your expectations clearly. Ambiguity & lack of clarity in vision has killed many startups already.
4/ Keep them involved: At an early stage, keep your team involved in as many decisions as possible. Make them feel integral to your overall vision.
5/Acknowledge wins, celebrate failures: Nothing succeeds like success but at an early stage it& #39;s important to reinstill faith in your team members that you have their back despite any setbacks.
6/ Build brand advocates: Your first 10 hires will be your strongest brand advocates & this will trickle down as you expand the team.
