What’s in my sh care kit, and what you should include

Hand sanitizer- I use this to clean AROUND my cuts instead of rubbing alcohol since I cannot find mini rubbing alcohol bottles

Bandaids- I use them for small styros and baby cuts I’m too lazy to properly wrap

Vaseline- I put on it on top of cleaned cuts in order to prevent scaring and help with healing

Cotton rounds- I currently do not have gauze so this will do

Sports tape- helps secure my gauze/ cotton in place underneath my wrap

Wrap- holds everything together and allows for movement without worry of it all falling apart

Itch relief stick- super helpful for itchy, healing cuts (not on open skin! Only once it gets the scab and begins to itch)
