1. Focus on the solution

Your brain can't find solution if you focus on problem.

Problem-focused man:

• feed negativity
• give up easily
• stop the mind

Great things take time.
Try to remain calm.
Take the time to really get to the bottom of the problem.

Ask yourself fundamental questions.

Understand the problem, the solution will follow.

2. Visualize the problem

Problems aren't solved with the same thinking when we created them.

Draw a mind map to visualize.

Wonder is the beginning of wisdom.

Identify 3 purposes for visualizing:

1. to model
2. to plan ahead
3. to step into a problem

Just get started!
3. Act on resolving

Practice is the best skill.

A disciplined revision is more important than learning itself.

Once figure out skills gap, next step is to take action.

Taking action:

- brings clarity
- simplifies things
- improves solving skills

Solve the problem in mind!

You can't solve your problem with same thinking.
