My body/fitness goals for the future:

Go to the gym daily
Zero fast food/soda
Eat healthier calories
Have a negative calorie intake
No more tobacco or weed
No more alcohol
Drink water

I’m signing up for a gym membership tomorrow. I wanted to do this for a few months now but covid restrictions haven’t been helpful

I haven’t been happy with my body in years, but this has been even more so the case as of late i’m hoping this helps me look, feel, and be healthier
And I’m hoping that publicly discussing this will help motivate me to stick with this. Your guys’ encouragement/motivation would be an honor to have, id you’re up for it

The first month is going to be hell. That much I know. But I’m hoping making this a habit makes it easier
