It’s basically worthless right now. I can’t sell, I can’t get a new mortgage. Because of which am held hostage paying #helptobuy interest, on top of escalating service charges & terrifying prospect of eye watering bills up to 100k for remediation works... thus facing bankruptcy.

This is remediation work for latent building defects @BarrattHomes @TaylorWimpey how is this okay? how is this my fault? how can I be liable and risk losing EVERYTHING I have worked my entire life, so hard for. @BorisJohnson @RobertJenrick you can’t stand back & let this happen.
