@NORCNews , know what I find extremely bigoted ? The fact that you have no problem sending out an email like this to ALL EMPLOYEES, and only voice your support for employees of certain skin colors. So your white employees can't be affected badly by such a thing?

Secondly, why do you feel it is ok to comment on things so far outside your area of business? You don't even bother to wait til the facts come out to make your virtue signal? As an employee, I am VERY disappointed and ashamed with this response.

P.S. anyone you ask (including latinos/latinas) think that "latinx" is absolutely ridiculous. You are making mockery of the "social science" work you supposedly are meant to be doing. I very much hope you reconsider where you are taking your company.
