Five Tips for Mastering Deep Work 👇🏽
1. No phone, no email, no input until after your first deep work session of the day.

This will give you an incredible feeling of peace + allow you to accomplish your most high priority tasks first thing in the morning.

This simple practice sets the tone for your day.
2. Clearly write out all of your tasks ahead of time for your next deep work session.

You'll be able to sit down and get right into it rather than wasting those initial moments trying to get organized.
3. Keep your phone off and in another room while you work.

My phone is on Airplane Mode 60-80% of the day and I have experienced 0 negative consequences because of it.
4. Communicate with your team, family, and friends.

If they understand how important deep work is to you and the value it provides for them, they'll be far more unlikely to interrupt you while you're in the zone.
5. Play songs on repeat.

This is a weird one, but I've found that playing certain songs on repeat for 2-3 hours helps me fall into an insane level of focus.
