Lot of action on catastrophe modeling jobs in the last few weeks! Here's a thread, if you're into natural hazards, geoscience, climate, etc. and need a gig, come have a look. In no particular order, except that the first is objectively the best.
First, if you're a current grad student through at least Fall 2021 and you're great at GIS - come work with me! We love spatial analytics and want to do more, and keep a little part-time side hustle during the fall semester for some extra scratch. https://twitter.com/KellyHereid/status/1381603600053452800?s=20
And hey, @RMS is hiring an earthquake modeler! https://www.rms.com/careers/jobs?p=job%2FowbUefwz
Seriously team, so many exciting opportunities for geoscientists in catastrophe modeling. Sit at the cutting edge of climate change + societal response to changing natural hazards. Lots of interesting science/policy/economic problems. Obviously I'm biased, but it's a great field!
