Eren and Mikasa meet when he saved her from kidnapers. That moment Eren not only saved her, but he also gave Mikasa new home and family
Fun fact :Isayama in interview said that his favorite moment from manga is moment when Eren and Mikasa meet for the first time and when he wrap scarf around her. This is also his favorite panel to draw
Attack on Titan started with Eren and Mikasa. Mikasa wake up Eren from long dream he had which later will be explained why this panel is inmportant for series and Eremika relationship

One of the most inmportant moment is this. Eren love Mikasa so much that he punch titan with bare hand just to safe her. In this moment Eren promest Mikasa that he will wrap scarf around her as much as she want, forever

In this moment we can see how much Eren trust Mikasa. The way Mikasa help him to open his father book by touching really help Eren. We can see eye contact to lol
Let's talk about this. Eren asked Mikasa directly why she care so much about him. He wanted to confess her feelings for him but Mikasa unfortunaly answer with family which she will regret later
Fun fact :Panel from ch 123 was in volume trailer for ending. Mikasa asked herself if she answer different that day maybe that would change something
In this panel Eren asked his brother why Mikasa care so much about him which Zeke answer that she care because she love him not because of her bloodline. Eren said the he have only 4y to live so he cant answer on that love.
