In the last panel he’s thinking about his two biggest motivations: his birth + he’s father telling him he’s free which means he’s free to do whatever the fuck he wants because he was born into this world, no one can stop him or change his mind and he will fight for it.
Ymir accepted to lend him his power because he made her think she would be free by turning the whole world into dust but when she saw the innocents being crushed ( she looks at Ramzi and halil), she starting regretting this and realized this is not the freedom that she wants
So she didn’t help him to defeat the alliance and she was waiting for someone to end this cause she didn’t have the courage to stop it and wanted someone to do it for her and it fits her character
Dumbass Eren realized that she might not be on his side anymore and he didn’t understood why( “Only Ymir Knows”) so he assumed that she was in love with Fritz and that she wants something from Mikasa because he has “the see you later” memory that was sent to him since the start
