It seems like you& #39;re feeling stagnant af right now & it causes you to reminisce a lot on the past, but only on the negative I bet ? It& #39;s like you cannot see all the good things you& #39;ve accomplished in the past & you just keep overthinking -
- about what went wrong, what you did wrong, this is counterproductive & it& #39;s time for you to realize that. The more you focus on your past possible mistakes or choices, the more you lose energy & the less focus & control you have on your present + future. It& #39;s good to look -
- at the past, don& #39;t get me wrong, but for you it& #39;s counterproductive because you& #39;re wasting your time doing this & not doing what needs to be done for you to move on & forward. You need to get back on track & focus on the now, once you do that, everything will be clearer for -
- you. You& #39;re more powerful than you think, stop overthinking & start acting upon your dreams & goals. Don& #39;t let past fears & events stop you from reaching the top. And moving forward doesn& #39;t mean forgetting about the past & how it keeps affecting you, you need to feel & -
- be able to put words on your emotions but these emotions shouldn& #39;t be obstacles, you shouldn& #39;t imprison your mind like that, it happened, it& #39;s over, now it& #39;s time to act upon what& #39;s next, you can& #39;t change the past but you can do ANYTHING to ensure your future.
