Before C19, Moderna was an overvalued biotech company that went public based on much-hyped MRNA, a therapy that was never deployed successfully. Moderna's signature "technology" is the only thing keeping the company afloat. If it didn't work, would they tell you?

In 2015, Dr John Ioannidis published a paper calling attention to Theranos & the shady biotech unicorn industry.
