"we do not expect customer outages" but we were also told blackouts would "roll" back in February before dozens of Texans froze to death in their own homes so yeah you could say I have some trust issues

Exactly 8 weeks ago today, we dropped to our coldest temps in at least 30 years, and Texans were starting to burn fence wood, furniture, whatever they could to survive in the blackout.

Even if the lights stay on this time, this is a brutal reminder of what we just went through

Weird mix of emotion for me today (mostly anger and hands in the air confusion because this is somehow happening in APRIL) and I was one of the lucky ones. I can only imagine what this news from ERCOT means for folks who were put through literal hell that week.
