For those of you who are trying to reach your brainwashed family members who still believe Trump's lies about the election, here are some maps that tell the story of the 14 states which were decided by 10 points or less.

Summary: Biden won the places where most people live.
Even in the close states that Trump won, Biden generally won the most populated counties. In some states, there were enough small counties where Trump did well to make up the difference and allow him to win. In a lot of the other states, he couldn't make up the difference.
(In order of closeness by point margin)

Georgia
Arizona
Wisconsin
Pennsylvania
North Carolina. The state Trump won which he came closest to losing.
Nevada
Michigan
Florida. Which Trump not only won but which was one of the 6 states where he did better in 2020 than he did in 2016. Despite the fact that Biden won all the counties that make up half of Florida's population.
Texas
Minnesota
New Hampshire
Ohio
Iowa
Maine
We like to think of red states and blue states. But it's a lot more complicated than that in most places. Because even in most red states, there are a lot of blue areas and visa versa.

But the blue areas tend to be where the most people, and most voters, live.
Again, for perspective: the US has 3,142 counties and county equivalents in the 50 states and DC.

But half of the US population lives in just the most populated 143 of them.

And Biden won 122 of those. https://twitter.com/TheValuesVoter/status/1341644903969861637?s=20
