The most important battle you'll face in life is the one with your mind.

These are strategies for winning that battle.

1. Stay in the present

One of the biggest reasons people struggle with their thoughts, anxieties etc. is that they spend too much time thinking about the future or past.

Stay present, stay mindful, visit the future and past briefly, just always return to the present.
2. Catch your negative thoughts

Go ahead and yell "Let it go, let it gooo" when you feel some negativity coming on.

Replace your negative thoughts with positive thinking.

Everything will be ok, sometimes the bad days make the good days feel even better.
3. Think logically

Do you ever read into something too much?

Do you ever over react, worry about something, or make false realities in your mind?

If so, you need to think logically.

Ask, is this what the person actually meant?

Ask, is this going to affect me in 24 hours?
4. If you have ANY self doubt, squash it

If you don't believe in yourself, how do you expect anyone else to.

Believe in yourself, develop confidence in what you're doing and own your shit.

becoming the best version of yourself with doubt is barely possible.

Self belief.
5. Do everything you can in the present, not the future

Time flies.

You know this.

The future will eventually be the present.

So, do yourself a favor and get those important things done now, not later, because we all know sometimes later turns into never.
6. Quiet the mind with meditation

Life can get chaotic, and so can the mind.

Take 5-10 minutes for yourself daily to meditate.

Try starting your day out with this and watch how much better your days will be.

Meditation teaches you to find peace in any situation.
7. Gratitude journaling

Life is a blessing.

Sometimes, when we get busy, we tend to forget this.

Writing down things your grateful for for 2 minutes each day will keep our gratitude's fresh in our minds.

Practice gratitude consistently, it will improve your life.
