Hello there.

I'm just turning solemn now that I would like to share with everyone. Repeatedly online, I watched the words that came from the presenter at the BBC, Martine Croxall. @MartineBBC
For those who haven't heard, she broke the news about the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh on April 9, 2021.
You could see that she tries to hold back tears while utterly reads the announcement made by Buckingham Palace. So here's what I am about to say: Thank you.
First of all, I would like to commend you for the courage, the strength, the determination to bring those words while holding back your emotions. It is a clear evidence that Martine has elaborated those words professionally as a news presenter.
I couldn't be able to stand up just like you. To tell the truth, I am always nervous when people are looking at me and I always utter the words while thinking on what should I say next.
Even though we are far apart, your message has relayed to the thousands, if not millions, of young ones who are determined to speak up, to stand up even in the face of uncertainty, to help break the chains of embarassment and have the courage to say what the heart wants.
Your newsreading is not just the words that are spoken in the prompter, neither it was written down on pen and paper nor it can be swiped on the screens. Your voice reminds us to be brave and to be bold whatever unprecedented situations may lie ahead.
So to end this thread, I must say and with respect.
Thank you, Martine. You truly deserve a job well done!đź‘Źđź‘Ź
