Embrace Change
Nothing is forever. Change is an integral part of life, and the sooner we accept this, the happier, and more resilient, we will be.
When faced with an undesired change, do not waste time and energy trying to change what can’t be changed.

Resilient people spend less time on what cannot be altered and focus their attention to what they can control.
As they always say, you cannot control the wind, only adjust your sails.

Learn To Be At Peace With Being Alone
If you need to be always around someone to feel happy, you are not happy.

The only way to truly understand yourself is to be alone with yourself.
The only way to discover how strong you are, and to how to handle all the situations thrown at you is to face the reality that there is no one that can be by your side 100% of the time forever.

Once you realize all your problems can be solved by the person in the mirror, the unknown is less daunting. Nothing can stop you, if you can conquer the person in the mirror.
Leaning In
Mentally resilient people know that leaning into hard situations is a gift and not a curse.
Do not shy away from something because it will be uncomfortable or hard.
Go all in, and exceed even your own expectations.

If anyone knows me they will tell you I am not one to say he was musically inclined by any stretch of the imagination, but I started taking piano lessons and after 6 months, I can play simple songs and started to understand how to read music.
I was scared to start, but I leaned in and gave it all I had, and slowly its getting easier.

Develop Healthy Self-Talk
Learning how to reframe negative self-talk is an important mental hack. Part of the problem, of course, is it’s hard to catch ourselves being negative. It simply comes so naturally to us.

Remind yourself you’d never talk to another person the way you’re talking to yourself, and adjust your self-talk accordingly.

Negative people will never be successful.
Look at any person that has achieved anything in their life are positive people.
Not matter the struggles they have they always say they will overcome, and they always look on the positive of all situations.

Never Stop Inching Forward
Our physical strength building involves working through the pain by slowly increasing either our reps or weight, building mental toughness is the same thing.
You need to consistently train your mind to do things that scare you.
