Okay so I& #39;m guessing you are overthinking about someone said or thinking about your past
You feel like crying your eyes out and sleep to never wake up again.
You just want to have that one second of peace of mind....just to know what true happiness feels like
You may feel worthless, undeserving, a big disappointment. You may not feel like moving at all. Nothing motivates you.
Every day is a struggle. I do not know what you are going through. I can not fathom how difficult it must be to you. I can& #39;t put myself in your shoes
You may not have someone to talk to. But I know you are in need of someone. People may not understand what you are going through. It will be a battle to put on a smiling face instead of talking about your feelings
I know it& #39;s tough. But you are never alone.
I just wanted to let you know that you are loved. You are worthy. It& #39;s just that you haven& #39;t found something that you& #39;d be proud of yourself.
It& #39;s a long process, but you have to love yourself first. See the beauty within you. See what you are capable of.
Take your own time. Cry all you want, scream all you want. Sleep all you want. do what makes you feel good
Do all this to feel better. Then once you wake up tomorrow, you have a purpose. You have a will to do something. Achieve something. Even if it& #39;s as small as smiling or getting out of bed or making food. Cause small step counts
Don& #39;t ever compromise your happiness for something else.
