Oath Keeper Kenneth Harrelson shot his neighbor's dog.

Trump's kind of people.

USG: Kenneth Harrelson is wrong to argue that there's a presumption of detention only if this is terrorism.

But anyway it was terrorism.
The Oath Keepers appear to have been organized in these groups on Jan 6:
>Detail teams broken down by state
>National/Congress team đź‘€
>Stop the Steal team
>"Ground team"
When you gotta use the luggage cart to wheel your guns around the lobby of the Comfort Inn Ballston.

You know? The Second Amendment? The right to luggage cart arms?
I've said this before: I've played two club sports as an adult, and we stayed in Comfort Inns and shared rooms all the time. So THAT part of this operation feels very banal.

But we never even used the luggage cart to wheel our beer in, much less our rugby balls or discs.
Remember that at least one of the Proud Boys (who had entered on the west side with Dominic Pezolla) was calling out, "Nancy come out and play."

The Oath Keepers were waiting around the east side of the Capitol from 4 to at least 4:10. At 4:10, someone sent a text to the Signal leaders chat saying, "Right the good fight. Stand your ground." Then shortly thereafter they dispersed.
At 4:08, Pence called DOD and ordered them to secure the building.

Of course, the Guard didn't get the order for another hour.
16 pages after the government notes that Harrelson's charges amount to terrorism, they describe that one of the 5 survivalist books he had was the Unabomber's.
Sorry: Harrelson had 5 other survivalist books. The Unabomber's book was in his go-bag, right next to the flip phone, which was right next to another iPhone.
Which raises that age-old question: If you had just 3 books to bring in your pre-packed bag for your time as a fugitive, which 3 would you bring?
As I said earlier (about a different defendant), DOJ really isn't charging obstruction when they could. Harrelson testified under oath he hadn't taken any video inside the Capitol. Forensics from his phone show he sent and resaved one particular video several times.
DOJ also using @UR_Ninja material in filings.
