Did you hear about the two Finnish pastors who were arrested in the middle of their church service on Sunday?

Maybe you were hesitant to share the story not knowing anything about the church, the situation, or what was being said (since it was in Finnish).

The little international coverage there has been of this story has been sloppy and inaccurate.

Masks are NOT mandatory in Finland, just strongly encouraged. And under the Finnish constitution these Christians had every right to meet for worship as they did and where they did.

Situations like we are seeing in Canada with GraceLife church are happening in other places around the world as governments use COVID as an excuse to flex their muscles against Christians.

Historically, state-sponsored persecution starts with small aggressions like these. So, please, let's do what we can to help check it before it has a chance to grow.

I urge you to share this story, so that hopefully international media brings more accurate attention to it.

We have to speak up for our brothers and sisters in Christ so that at the very least governments feel some pressure from negative media attention.
