On March 9th,2021, I had my friend place a @stockx order for me because for whatever their website was not allowing to place the order. My friend was successfully able to place a order for a PlayStation 5 at $780USD.

It took almost the entire month for @stockx to receive tracking on my item because of the authentication process, I finally received @FedEx tracking information. On March 24th, 2021, tracking showed that the package was on vehicle for delivery.
On that day, March 24th,2021, My friend, her mom, my boyfriend & I ALL waited for my @stockx package to arrive with @FedEx. We checked the tracking link consistently throughout the day, hourly, multiple times within each hour until after 10pm that day.
A little after 10pm the @FedEx tracking status was updated to pending. The following day, Thursday (screenshot), the tracking information was updated and said it would was out for delivery. & It continued to say that day after day until...
This @stockx package was high anticipated by all of us so we called @FedEx customer service every single day! Customer said they would escalate the case and someone from my local FedEx station would contact me.
NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!
We continued to call @FedEx day after day & we were given the same answers. We reached out to @stockx customer service (who only has an email) to let them know that we never reached the package. StockX instructed us to file a police report.
This is after about a 5 days of calling @FedEx consistently! Long story short, Fedex told us to contact my shipper @stockx to have them open a lost package claim, StockX said that filing a police report with the local precinct is the only way they could open a claim.
Which was fine, because if we never received the package filing a police would be no problem, right? WRONG. My friend & I went to her local precinct. NYPD told us that there was no way possible to file a police report for a stolen item if you never received it. @stockx @FedEx
We have been in contact with Yudelize from @stockx customer service this entire time, so we then informed her that NYPD would not all us to file a report. & She said the following.....
Okay so now on after there being no @FedEx tracking update for days on April 1st, 2021 my messages me & lets me know that the package was marked Delivered on March 31st, 2021 at 8PM. A FULL WEEK AFTER IT WAS INITIALLY PLACED ON THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY! WTF!
Oh & guys, one of my instagram followers who WORK for @FedEx literally told me that drivers are stealing them off the vans & that there are over 1,500 lost PS5 claims in NYC!!! 👇🏾
& to just add insult to injury, @FedEx is trying to cover for their thieving employees & bury this case! As I was creating this thread, I checked FedEx tracking link & the delivery status has now been changed to the original delivery date March 24th, 2021. THIS HAS TO BE A JOKE!
@FedEx @stockx HOW ON EARTH COULD THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED ON THE 24TH, IF IT STILL SAID OUT FOR DELIVERY ON 25TH? Make it make sense??????
So @stockx your telling me that i said $100 in shipping fees for @FedEx ground shipping, all for my over $700 package to be stolen by Fedex workers? & y’all think no one is going to do anything about its? WRONG! I need answers ASAP!
