It has been recently leaked a paper by the Slovenian government to divide BiH. Although it's a bad idea that may open the Pandora box in all Western Balkans, it can't be denied that Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently a non-working country (1/n)

Having 3 different presidents, 2 federal entities (with Sprska wanting to secede BiH and Bosnian Croats to have their own entity) and several ethnic problems isn't a very ideal situation. Dayton system seems to be needing an update or a total change (2/n)
