I was a full-time PhD student at the University of Cambridge 2009-2012, completing and passing the doctorate in 2013 and graduating in 2014. During this time and afterwards I supervised a number of undergraduates in the Divinity Faculty for various church history papers. 1/4
I have records of payments for such supervisions in academic years up to 2016-2017 and last supervised someone in academic year 2018-2019. 2/4
Because I wasn’t currently supervising anyone in February 2018, due to other commitments, the person behind the faculty Twitter account asked me to update my Twitter bio which mentioned an association with @camdivinity, which I did immediately. 3/4
I am curious to know how @AnglicanWomen came to know of my private conversation with @camdivinity, and whether it is the policy of @camdivinity to permit such use of its correspondence with graduates & supervisors for the campaigning purposes of groups such as @AnglicanWomen 4/4
