The quickest way is to write a guide that you sell on as many platforms as possible. I'll spare you the purchase and give you a thread that goes through how to make money from textile crafts.
1. Materials are expensive, so selling your products at fairs and online will probably cost you money. The skill, time & materials invested will grossly outweigh what the general public is willing to pay. You'll be competing against machine-made from China.
2. Be aware that if you use someone's pattern to make your goods, you'll be stepping into IP infringement territory. So, you need to make your own IP.
3. You need to figure out your customerbase. Who will want your stuff? And then figure out how to reach those folks. Social media profiles are important, so you need to figure out your camera equipment & how to style your stuff & your content writing style.
4. Building an online presence takes time, skill and luck (yes, luck). With many other makers hoping to sell macrame wall hangings, you need to find your USP. Why you and not $3 macrame stuff from Wish? Why you & not Supercool Bonnie With Photogenic Kids?
5. Oh hai, paperwork. You've made it this far and suddenly you need to set up your own website, work out taxes, buy software, and invest time & money in obscure workday stuff that you never had to worry about in your dayjob (bc oth ppl did those things). Omg PACKAGING ENQUIRIES.
6. Are you selling enough to cover all your expenses? Has the trend for Baby Definitely Not Yoda plushies died out? Well, only one thing to do.

Write a book about how to make money from textile crafts and sell it for £9.99 on Amazon.
