got an erection in that moment. Especially if it's an unwaning, firmer erection than most. Because what that is a sign of is a mid to lower back injury. It's called a priapism. You've broken your back and so all the blood can't circulate back up and it goes into your penis and

stays there. So you get the firmest, hardest erection. And many ER doctors or paramedics will tell how common this is in accident victims.
Sidenote: Forced, uncomfortable or overly rough sex positions can also give you priapism. You could rapture something.
