No - it is just taking new forms:
- Vlogging
- Newsletters are back, just look at Substack
- Micro blogging on Instagram is easier to digest
Just need to be more creative: infographics, break down long form and repurposed across multiple channels
Is there a difference between B2B and B2C?
Yes - you need to know who you are talking to: wording and strategy may be very different for B2B
Customers act on needs and desires so content should be more emotive
Businesses are driven by value add and care about how you will help
How is content changing?
Technology is driving it - Virtual reality for example

Decide on your format based on what suits your customers best
What one business uses may not work for you

Understand your customers first.
Social short form content is an easy, cheap way to begin.
Don't be afraid - no need to be on every platform!

Surround yourself with people who are qualified - ask for recommendations, especially for more difficult forms of content

Tip: Always look at the data. Track what content is doing the best and how can you repurpose those pieces
Is it a good idea to map out the year including events in and outside of your industry?

Yes! Also helps with budget and to plan popular events to get involved in
