I'm so FURIOUS right now watching someone I care deeply about feel inadequate at their job because they are being let down by the company's onboarding process. A company that brags to put culture first.

And I am left in a situation where I feel helpless in being able to fix it.

All I want to do is scream at direct management to address these issues.

All I can do is console her in the fact that this is not her fault.

This is where imposter syndrome thrives!

I so want to @ tag this fintech corpo in this thread to escalate this but I don't want to end up making this shit situation even worse.
