Tanya: I& #39;ve kept pricing quite similar throughout however people always need help so there& #39;s always ways that we can negotiate and do things for others.
Andrew: Being careful in how you price things and keep structure in business is important as it allows flexibility

Jude: Working by myself I& #39;ve found that even if things don& #39;t go to plan there& #39;s opportunity to regroup and strategize and try things a different way. Starting a business is all about trial and error. #ExeterTogether
Phil: Once the first lockdown happened in hindsight we could have been slightly more optimistic and take more opportunities although understandably there were elements of fear for many to protect what you have. It& #39;s been interesting to see." #ExeterTogether
Kalkidan: I feel optimistic personally for what we& #39;re doing and that we will do well although recognise some people haven& #39;t been as able to be be flexible with their business and decisions.. so it& #39;s important to be cautious and look out for one another." #ExeterTogether
Phil: The hardest part of starting a new business is always starting. The right way is very often not the quickest or easiest but stay true to what you do.
Andrew: Believe in yourself and your concept/idea and don& #39;t be afraid to ask for advice from people to succeed.
