3. It's really important for how we organize DIS for people to feel like they don't have to "stars" to share our knowledge and be valued.

4. This year's theme is "“Disabled Community Care and Survival: Strategies and Brilliance” and we want people to be able to share all the brilliant ways we have been keeping ourselves and our friends and communities alive through COVID, white supremacy, ableism and fascism.
