my sister was kicked out of her home with her three kids (aged four and under) a few weeks ago. due to this, shes had to move in with my parents and me. we have the space and resources, so this wasnt much of an issue. the issue, however, is our mother.
our mom has made my sister& #39;s emotional and mental health go downhill tremendously since moving in. i& #39;ve been trying my best to be a mediator of sorts, but due to working 40hrs a week, i cant help as much as i& #39;d like.
on top of this, my oldest niece has been acting out a lot. we know its due to stress, confusion, not knowing how to deal with her emotions, and just overall age-appropriate behavior, but it is taking a huge toll on my sister. my sister is doing her best to provide--
--for her children and to be the best mom she can be, but she feels like all she does is yell at her oldest child for acting out all the time. luckily, my sister has a therapy appointment scheduled for her daughter next week to help both of them out.
the reason my sister needs money is to
• pay for her kids& #39; groceries
• pay her bills (phone, car, etc.)
• pay for mental health services for both her and her daughter
• find a new place to live
• pay legal fees to fight for custody of her kids
