With a sharp focus on new perspectives, usable insights and engaging guest experts and only word-of-mouth, we've gotten to a place where @Anisha21 and I are proud to make a meaningful contribution to the discourse in this space.

Our premise is simple: norms are useful, up to a certain limit. But disruption is a given. So how do you storm norms before disruption storms your business?

We've had the likes of @neeleshmisra storm the norm that the future belongs to the fast. ( https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/80240500-ep-20-the-future-belongs-to-the-fast).

We had @desaisantosh demonstrate how the obvious is the best canvas for innovation, and doesn't necessarily only come from the edge (cutting or otherwise), as the norm would have us believe. ( https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/40673190-ep-04-innovation-comes-from-exploring-the-edges-outliers-extremities)

In one episode ( https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/44826116-stn-ep7-business-politics-should-ideally-never-mix), we had the inimitable @DILIPtheCHERIAN challenge the norm that business and politics can never mix.

In a day when India seems to be sprouting a unicorn a day, we challenged @Sequoia_India's @gvravishankar to storm the norm that the Indian start-up ecosystem is at best a clone of the West. He gleefully took up the challenge, here: https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/63601198-stn-ep14-indian-startup-ecosystem-is-at-best-a-clone-of-its-global-counterparts

A Covid-riven world where supply chains are being strained needs urgent attention. ITC's @S_Sivakumar stormed this norm effortlessly with the expertise of one who has years of experience in tackling this norm ( https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/59220901-stn-ep-12-why-are-most-supply-chains-built-for-fulltime-cost-part-time-use)

We even took Alice's Looking Glass to take a backwards-and-forwards look at what we need to succeed beyond in a world disrupted by 2020: https://chartable.com/podcasts/storm-the-norm/episodes/75345035-ep-19-2021-will-be-about-norming-storms-not-storming-norms

So here's a big thank you to all of you who have listened to it, all of the experts who have generously shared their insights with us, and a special thanks to @GrantThorntonIN for the recent partnership that bolsters each episode with pragmatic business and policy advice.
