And don't even get me STARTED on the absolute fucking hypocrisy of scolding someone for a minor safety violation when you created a situation where you could, and fucking DID, CONFUSE YOUR TASER WITH YOUR GUN

I'm even willing to believe it's possible to confuse your gun and your Taser, because the human brain is a dumb button-masher. But that also means that they took NO steps to compensate for the possibility of the brain running GUN.EXE instead of TASER.EXE

Most obvious one I can think of is, y'know, DON'T HAVE A GUN.

Maybe also don't have a Taser, just to be extra safe.

Also don't pull people over for stupid shit, don't try to tase OR shoot them for panicking, don't be a cop ...

My point is, cops sure do go out of their way to create extremely avoidable unsafe situations for (especially certain members of) the public, and in light of that I'm starting to doubt their stated commitment to pUbLiC sAfEtY

And even if they're gonna keep up the absurd fiction that they're just a bunch of well-meaning bumblers, then the obvious thing to do is STILL to TAKE AWAY THEIR GUNS because they clearly can't be trusted with them
