An officer over a speaker is citing the 7 PM curfew telling the crowd to disperse and telling the “media to assemble” at an assigned point
Another dispersal order met with jeers and boos from the crowd...”if you fail to disperse you will be placed under arrest” (last night they made a point to say “this includes the media” after the arrest bit, that doesn’t seem to be in rotation rn)
Some in the crowd outside the Brooklyn Center police station are using leaf blowers to push away gas from police munitions

One state trooper in camo SWAT gear crouches ready to shoot riot munitions at the crowd while other troopers stand by with batons. Some water bottles, milk, and an apple have been seen thrown at officers. Another arrest was just thwarted when the crowd wrestled someone away
Officers spray more pepper spray, which was quickly met with a glass bottle from the crowd
Some shopping carts and other items have appeared as impromptu barricades which officers have to move aside as they advance

After several arrests as state patrol riot line advances, a trooper aims his munitions launcher directly at the driver or a vehicle that seemed to be trying to leave
Estimate at least a dozen arrests so far tonight
The line currently advancing is made up of both Minnesota State Patrol troopers and Conservation Officers from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
