Really wanna reiterate the bravery of my peers who have come forward against faculty misconduct. To those outside, this drama can seem small. But to go up against entrenched, strong personalities who wield great power over your career takes courage, no matter the circumstances.
Abuses of power take place at all levels and at all magnitudes, and although I've never been in that place, I know it is never easy to speak out. Each small time someone does, we all, as a whole, are the better for it.
To quote from this thread by @courtneymilan, "Bravery is a muscle." Thankful to my peers who are exercising that now, and to those who also did before to get us here. https://twitter.com/courtneymilan/status/1380957488015499270
