The freakiest prospect in this draft isn't Kyle Pitts, it's Penei Sewell.

To be that big and move that well and dominate people when you're 18 years old?

You rarely get the chance to draft a guy like this when he's still just 20 years old.
And the Bengals couldn't even get into a bidding war for a 30+ year old Trent Williams because guys like this cost WAAAAYYYYY more than the Bengals would ever consider.
The only way to get one is to draft him yourself, indoctrinate him while he's young and convince him to stay.
Also, I'm super confident in my ability to find good WRs after the first round.

And ya know what, I believe the Bengals use the right information at WR also.

I cannot say the same as strongly about OL.
So the OL class is really strong and the next round may provide a lineman as the BPA?

Then I take two linemen and ensure that this OL had the talent not only for this year, but beyond.
That means the WR unit will potentially still have holes in 2021. Yes.

But you can pivot to a committee approach at WR3.
Auden Tate with a deep speed guy and another guy that can be a gadget weapon. Take one in the 3rd and one in the 5th. Kinda how they approached LB last year.
This gives you another year to see if Higgins can develop into a WR1 type. He's young, he could outperform his testing profile. He may have already which makes it even more possible he can.
If he's not, you draft one in 2022 and now the whole WR unit is good and deep.
