Love Death + Robots never quite hit the mark for "Adult Animation" for me personally when all that meant to some of the other animated shorts was saying fuck every 4 lines but Zima Blue stood out and showed what maturity in animation can really do as an end result

It didn& #39;t need any violence gore sex or swears to get across that it was an adult animation and did so in its unique thought-provoking spin on the whole robots theme
