Twin Cities friends & comrades, there's already a few posts going around about community safety concerns that may or may not be true but are unverifiable as presented. I urge everyone to recall & apply the 𝗦.𝗔.𝗟.𝗨.𝗧.𝗘. checklist. https://hygiene.nullhex.com/
𝗦. Strength/Size/Numbers.

How many people did you see? Be as specific as you can. "A couple" or "a bunch" is not a useful estimate. Even if your number is "more than 5, less than 10" that's better.
𝗔. Actions/Activity.

What specifically do you see happening? Are the persons on the move? Are they pretty stationary? On foot? In a vehicle? If someone shows up 10 minutes after you spot something do you expect the situation to look similar or different?
𝗟. Location/Direction.

Where specifically did you see them? On a major street?...Then what's the cross-street?
In a park?... Unless it's a tiny park, what corner, near what landmark?

If on the move, which cardinal direction & how fast? (Again, on foot or vehicle, or what?)
𝗨. Uniforms/Clothes/Coordinated Appearance.

What makes this person or group distinct? Why did they catch your eye? Lots of folks will get stuck out during curfew for a range of reasons, most -not- nefarious. So what makes this group you saw a concern?
𝗧. Time/Date.

As specific as you possibly can be. If you want someone to take any sort of action (preventative or just take caution) then they need to know if the concern is likely staying in one spot or on the move.
𝗘. Equipment/Weapons/Other Items.

Was the person or group carrying something specific...or just kinda hanging around? Use you best judgement. If the answer is "I don't know" then be explicit about that.
Protecting each other requires honest communication. Vague & unverifiable info, no matter how well intentioned, works against that communication. Social media means that True, False & Half-True info moves equally fast so even if you're not on the streets use the list before RTing
