Not only are taser guns specifically made in a way to differentiate themselves from handguns in weight, size, feel, etc - but handguns and tasers are kept on opposite sides of the body for that reason as well - to not get them mixed up.
Absolutely heartbroken and angry over this. Duante Wright was stopped for “air fresheners possibly blocking his view” and was shot by a cop who then claims he thought he had a taser out. Why need a taser out in the first place? This is sickening.
Amending here to say that I used he/him pronouns for the officer who fired the gun but I should have used she/her pronouns.
