I am so SCARED right now.

I am a black man, I am no saint, but I am not automatically guilty of crimes. I am a man, a step father, a son, a brother, a student, a hard worker, and a friend.

I hold my head up high, try to stay strong/1

I, however, have come to FEAR the very authority I was raised to respect. I FEAR the same blue line my family for generations served in places like Michigan and New Jersey. I, with only a few traffic tickets to my name, could be hauled out and killed for no good reason.../2

I am SCRARED. Even following orders may not help me. Being compliant could still get me killed. Being black could be my death sentence. All I want to do is be a good man and live my life and have fun and be good to others. That wouldn& #39;t matter one bit.

I have done no harm and will continue as such. I will do my best to live my life as a happy, giving friend to all I encounter, but I am TERRORFIED.

We all are...as much bravado as one might thing we exude, we live in FEAR for ourselves for our kids, for our communities. /4

BLACK LIVES MATTER, MINORITY LIVES and PROSPERITY ARE AN UPMOST IMPORTANCE TO THE GROTH OF THIS NATION, TRANS LIVES MATTER, LGBT+ RIGHTS MATTER!
