disorganized thread on how i lost 20lbs in 2 months to try to motivate myself again :/
1. i went on an hour/90 minute walk every day
2. i drank protein shakes and water after walking so i wouldn& #39;t binge
3. drank coffee instead of eating breakfast/lunch, if i was really hungry i& #39;d eat hardboiled eggs or egg whites
4. had a small portion of whatever my family made for dinner
5. slept all the time, should be replaced with catching up on schoolwork because Bitch.......
6. let myself eat whenever someone else bought/made me food, i can& #39;t ask for it though. they have to offer something specific.
7. wearing clothes just a little too tight so other people don& #39;t notice but i felt uncomfortable and fat to motivate me
