#digitalinclusion folk,
I'm confused & need your help 👇🏼

after reading @DigiGenEurope's article (my previous tweet), I'm trying to get my head around two terms:

1⃣ digital deprivation
2⃣ e-exclusion
[2/6] 1⃣ digital deprivation is defined in one of the cited articles, " #COVID-19 and digital deprivation in #Poland" by M. Kuc-Czarnecka 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼(see screenshot - FULL article http://economic-research.pl/Journals/index.php/oc/article/view/1813/1704the )

now, am I right thinking digital deprivation is an outcome of digi.exclusion?
[4/6] 2⃣ e-exclusion - after a quick search I thought that this term is mainly used in non-Anglo-Saxon areas. I then found this (article by Kalenda & Kowalikova who use 'e-exclusion' as an abbreviation for digital exclusion.

[5/6] other articles use 'e-exclusion/inclusion' as one of the indicators in digital inclusion.

e-exclusion is mainly mentioned in publications related to the digital economy (seen as e-access to e-services??)

Then there is this @EU_Eurostat e-inclusion definition 👇🏼🤯
