Oh my God. It appears officer who shot Daunte Wright meant to grab her taser and deploy it but mistakenly grabbed her firearm instead. I am a former Police Academy Director and instructor. This is something that simply cannot happen. Horrifying.

The press conference was a total shit show. Never seen anything like it. The Chief leaves halfway through and has to be coaxed back by the Mayor and City Manager. It’s obvious none of them are on the same page - they are each answering questions differently. Unbelievable.
